Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states and US territories, and to Canada.

Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). During busy seasons, especially November and December, processing may take longer. We'll post holiday ordering deadlines on our site.

Carriers and delivery times
We ship with USPS, UPS or FedEx. Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates, and we can't guarantee them once a package is with the carrier.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Free shipping on US orders over $55. Canadian orders include duties, taxes and brokerage fees (DDP).

Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Freshness and weather
Our cakes are packed to travel well, but heat and long transit times can affect them. Please bring your package inside promptly and store your cakes as directed on the packaging. We're not responsible for products that spoil because a package was left uncollected or delayed by the carrier or weather. If your order arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away, and we'll update it if your order hasn't shipped yet. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at your cost.

Gifts
Sending a cake as a gift? Add a gift note at checkout. Prices aren't included in the package.
