We are located approximately 10 mins walk from the cruise ship dock on the main Bay Street heading towards Paradise Island bridge.

Do you offer tours?
We don't offer tours ourselves but many of the tours come by our bakery.

Do you sell at the airport in Nassau?
Yes, here are the locations for the two departure lounges:
United States departures: 700 wines store and the 700 wines kiosk.
International departures: Bahama Pearl.

What days of the year are you closed?
We close for Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day. We’re open on all other holidays.

Do you deliver to the cruise ships?
Unfortunately, due to security, we are not able to deliver to the cruise ships. You can find our cakes available in multiple shops down town, if you can’t make it to the bakery.

Do you sell rum?
We do not sell rum. You can purchase the Ole Nassau rum from ‘700 Wines and Spirits' stores. They have numerous locations in downtown Nassau.

Can we take the cakes back on the cruise ships and planes?
Yes, the cakes are cruise ship and airport approved. They may be taken to cabin on ship and carry on luggage on aircraft.

Do the cakes require refrigeration?
No, the cakes are shelf stable and do not require refrigeration.

Do the cakes contain nuts?
Pecan nuts are only in the Original with Pecans cake.

Sugar and gluten-free?
None of our cakes are sugar-free or gluten-free.

Organic or kosher?
Our products are not certified organic or kosher.

Egg, wheat, soy and milk. Our pecan cake contains pecan nuts.

Do you offer free samples?
We do offer free samples at our bakery only, not online.

Do we need to give advance notice of large orders to the bakery?
We request that you give us 48 hours notice if you have an order greater than 50 cakes in quantity. Email us at bahamasrumcake@gmail.com or call (242) 328-3750.

How much does shipping cost for online orders?
We use dimensional weight to calculate the shipping cost. Use the shipping calculator by entering your ‘ship to’ zip code.

What shipping carrier do you use?
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS). For domestic shipments we use Ground Advantage, Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express.
